*My clinic is based in Monmouth for in person sessions, and for those who live further afield, remote sessions are available. Please note that my office is located on the top floor with a number of stairs in a Grade II listed building with no lift. *
Depending on your individual needs, I can offer both short or long term therapy.
The initial assessment usually takes one session, but can take more, depending on the complexity of your needs. This is decided on a case by case basis.
Each session lasts up to 50 minutes.
My clinic hours are:
Monday 9:30am – 4pm
Wednesday 9:30am – 4pm
Thursday 9:30am – 2:30pm

Health Insurance
I am registered with a number of health insurance companies as listed below. If you are registered with a health insurance company that is not listed and you wish to work with me, do contact your insurance provider and ask them if they’d accept you working with me. If they insist on me being registered with them, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

Video/chat sessions
I currently use a video platform called Whereby. Please ensure you have good internet speed so as not to interfere with the process of therapy.
